Coming from the North on the Turnpike (I-95)

Take
exit 9 off the Maine turnpike. Follow the signs to get on 295 South. Take exit
4, South Portland, off of 295 South.
Round the exit ramp and immediately bear
right towards Rt.
77. The sign says Lincoln Street and Knightville. In a short
distance you will come to a 4-way stop. Continue straight through the 4-way. You
are now on Lincoln St. You will pass
a large cemetery on the left. The 2nd
house on the left after
the cemetery is Friendship House. There is a sign on the
porch that says
Friendship House.
Coming from the North on I-295

Take exit 4, South Portland, off of 295 South.
Round the exit ramp and immediately bear right towards Route 77. The sign says
Lincoln Street and Knightville. In a short distance you will come to a 4-way
stop. Continue straight through the 4-way. You are now on Lincoln St. You will
pass a large cemetery on
the left. The 2nd house on the left after the cemetery
is Friendship House. There is a sign on the porch that says Friendship House.
Coming from the South on the Turnpike (I-95)

Take exit 45 off the Maine Turnpike. Continue
straight on the service road following
the signs to Route 1 North / Main
Street, South Portland. Take a left onto Route
1 North which
is also Main Street in South Portland. Go through the main
strip
in South Portland (about ½ mile). You will then cross
over an overpass. On the
right you will see a train yard. After
the train yard go to the second street
light. This is Cash Corner. There will be a Mieneke Muffler on the right and a
Dairy Queen
on the left. Bear right onto Broadway.
Go 4/10ths of
a mile
and take a left onto Church St. At the bottom of Church St, take a right
onto Lincoln St. We are the 2nd house on the left. There is a sign on the
porch that says Friendship House.
Coming from the South on Route 1

From Route 1 in South Portland (which is also Main
Street/
Blue Star Memorial Hwy), go through the main strip in South Portland. You will then cross over
an overpass. On the right
you will see a train yard. After the train yard go to

Stay on Broadway past Amato's. At the next light
take a right onto Lincoln Street. Friendship House is the 3rd house on the right.
